Yes, you can bring your own alcohol onboard Blu Q! However, for safety reasons, we recommend choosing plastic or aluminum containers instead of glass.

We also ask that you please give any glass bottles to the crew upon boarding so they can take care of them and avoid any potential accidents. We understand that some guests may prefer to bring wine in glass bottles, so we will do our best to handle these bottles with care.

For regulatory and safety reasons, the crew are required to serve you your alcohol.

Free Cancellation up to 6 days (144 hours) prior to scheduled departure time. If you cannot attend your tour, and it is past the 6 day Free Cancellation deadline, you may still be eligible to receive Gift Cards. To receive gift cards, you must let us know prior to the trips departure that you will not be able to attend to receive the gift cards. The gift cards are valid for 12 months from the original date of the tour. This policy goes into effect on September 12, 2024.

For private charters, we have a 30-day cancellation policy. If you need to cancel your private charter, please contact us at least 30 days prior to the scheduled trip date to receive a refund or reschedule.

In the event that we need to cancel your trip due to weather, mechanical issues, or not meeting our minimum guest requirements, we will offer you the option to either reschedule for a future date or receive a refund. We want to ensure that our guests have the best possible experience on the water, and we’re committed to being transparent and fair in all of our policies.

It’s totally common for guests to be naked or not be naked. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming and you will feel comfortable being yourself whether you keep your cute swim suit on or not.

It’s probably 50/50 on the guests in what option they go with!

If the weather is deemed unsafe for any reason, we will cancel the trip and either reschedule you for a future date or refund your ticket price.

While we may encounter some pop-up showers or variable winds during our trips, we always take the necessary precautions to ensure your safety. Your Captain is licensed by the United States Coast Guard and was required to have 720 days on the water to earn their masters license,  preparing them to handle a wide range of weather conditions.

Ultimately, our goal is to provide you with an enjoyable and unforgettable experience on the water. We want you to come back! So whether the sun is shining or the rain is falling, we’ll do our best to make sure you have a great time!

We have fruit, veggies and hummus and we provide water. The trip is BYOB and you are welcome to bring additional food if you prefer. We have cooler space on board.

We provide all the gear for the activities such as snorkel gear and kayak gear.

Our day trips are reserved for Men, as they are clothing optional.

On the all male trips it is very common for couples, singles, and groups to join. The atmosphere is relaxed, fun and welcoming and is a great mix of people to share a beautiful experience on the water.

While we can’t predict the exact dynamic of each trip, our experience tells us that Blu Q guests are friendly and open to making new friends, which is part of what makes our trips so special. And don’t forget, our crew is always on hand to help make your experience as enjoyable as possible. They are super kind and friendly, and always happy to answer any questions you may have. For our Open to All trips anyone over the age of 18 years old is allowed.

These trips cater to the LGBT community as a whole and it can be a mix of gay men and women and their friends. It is common for straight friends to join. It might be easy to imagine a mellow gay bar where you might bring your straight friends.

BYOB Alcohol Guidelines:

• Beer and Wine Welcome: Guests are welcome to bring beer or wine aboard for consumption after the tours activities. For safety and compliance with Coast Guard regulations, please present your beverages to the crew during boarding. Our crew will serve you to ensure both passenger safety and compliance with federal laws.

• Glass and Hard Liquor: For the safety of all on board, we ask that you avoid bringing glass beer bottles. We also recommend avoiding hard liquor, as it can be challenging to monitor effects, especially in combination with heat and physical activity.

• Consumption Monitoring: The crew reserves the right to restrict alcohol consumption to maintain a safe and family-friendly environment.

Smoking Policy:

• No Smoking or Vaping: To ensure the health and comfort of all our passengers, smoking cigarettes, cigars, or vaping is not permitted during the tour.

• Federal Regulations on Marijuana: Please note that despite state laws, as a federally regulated vessel, we must adhere to federal laws that prohibit the use of marijuana in any form aboard.
